We are thrilled to invite you on an enriching 13-day journey through Greece, designed especially for Jehovah's Witnesses. This unique trip will take us to significant biblical sites, including places where the apostle Paul preached and spread the good news. From the ancient city of Athens to the breathtaking monasteries of Meteora, the city of Thessaloniki,  and a serene cruise through the Aegean Sea to visit Mikonos, Ephesus (Kusadasi), Patmos, Rhodes & Santorini. This journey promises not only to deepen our faith but also to provide a spiritual experience, strengthening our bonds with our worldwide brotherhood.

Booking and Cancelation Policy

Booking: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $700 per person is required to reserve a space on the tour. The deposit is due immediately to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on or before July 1, 2026.  

A non-refundable deposit per person to reserve is required for international travel. Final payment before departure must be received 90 days before the tour date. If final payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation is subject to cancellation, and payments and/or deposits will not be refunded. Cancellation requests must be in writing.

Because we always experience unforeseen events, Travel Insurance is mandatory to protect your investment.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

Cancellation prior to the departure date, after payment has been made, will be subject to the following terms:

  • 365 days or more before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

  • On and after 180 days before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit plus 25% of all payments received.

  • On and after 90 days before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit plus 50% of all payments received.

  • On and after 60 days before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit plus 100% of all payments received.

  • All itinerary descriptions, schedules, accommodations, tour details, prices, and policies, including the booking and cancellation policy, are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances. The Terms and Conditions, including the applicable booking and cancellation policy in effect at the time of purchase and accepted by the traveler, shall govern the reservation and constitute the binding agreement between the traveler and the company.

      • August: Daytime highs around 32–36°C (90–97°F); nighttime lows 22–25°C (72–77°F)

      • September: Daytime highs 26–30°C (79–86°F); nighttime lows 18–22°C (64–72°F)

      Conditions:

      • August: Very hot, dry, and sunny. Minimal rainfall.

      • September: Still warm and pleasant, slightly cooler evenings, low chance of rain—excellent for sightseeing.

  • Thessaloniki:

    • Temperature: Similar to Athens, with highs around 18-22°C (64-72°F) and lows of about 10-13°C (50-55°F).

    • Conditions: Mild, with potential for rain, especially later in the season.

  • Meteora/Kalambaka:

    • Temperature:

      • August: Daytime highs 28–32°C (82–90°F); nighttime lows 17–20°C (63–68°F)

      • September: Daytime highs 22–27°C (72–81°F); nighttime lows 14–18°C (57–64°F)

      Conditions:

      • August: Hot during the day, cooler evenings; generally dry.

      • September: Pleasant and cooler, ideal for walking and monastery visits; slight chance of rain later in the month.

JW and English-speaking guides for all tours. Entrance fees to all included sites and attractions.

Cruise

Cruise: Accommodation in an exterior cabin. Onboard entertainment.

Day 1 - Arrival

Day 1: Sun August 23, 2026 - Arrival in Athens

Welcome to Athens! Upon arrival at Athens International Airport (ATH – Eleftherios Venizelos), you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

We suggest that you book flights that arrive before 6 pm

Rest of the day at leisure. The tour will start with an orientation meeting with your guides around 7:30 pm.  

Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided only for those arriving on the official tour arrival day August 23, 2026 before 6 pm.

If you choose to arrive before or arrive after the scheduled date, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. We look forward to starting this unforgettable journey with you!

  • Evening: Enjoy a delicious dinner and orientation with your guide, then settle into your accommodations.

Day 2 - Athens

Day 2: Mon August 24, 2026 - Exploring Athens

  • Morning: After breakfast, embark on a half-day city tour of Athens. Visit the iconic Acropolis and marvel at the Parthenon, a symbol of classical architecture.

  • Tour Highlights: Follow in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul in Athens, where he delivered his speech at the Areopagus. See also the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Parliament, and the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games were held.

  • Afternoon: Free time to explore the city at your own pace.

  • Evening: Dinner and fellowship with your group.

  • Accommodation: Hotel Zafolia 4-STAR

Day 3 - Bethel Visit

Day 3: Tue August 25, 2026 - Visit to the Greece Branch Office

  • Morning: After breakfast, morning free.

  • Afternoon: After lunch, visit the branch office of Jehovah's Witnesses in Athens. This special visit will provide insights into the work being done in Greece.

  • Evening: Dinner and accommodation.

  • Accommodation: Hotel Zafolia 4-STAR

Day 4 - Corinth

Day 4: Wed August 26, 2026 - Journey to Corinth and Cenchreae

  • Morning: After breakfast, travel to Corinth. Visit the Corinth Canal and explore the Archaeological Museum, the Agora, and the Bema, where Paul stood trial.

  • Tour Highlights: Reflect on the biblical accounts of 1 and 2 Corinthians as you visit these historical sites.

  • Afternoon: Visit Cenchreae, the ancient port of Corinth, where Paul cut his hair to fulfill a vow (Acts 18:18).

  • Evening: Return to Athens for dinner and accommodation.

  • Accommodation: Hotel Zafolia 4-STARS

Day 5 - Philippi

Day 5: Thu August 27, 2026 - Flight to Thessaloniki, visit to Philippi

  • Morning: After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Thessaloniki (Thessalonica) followed by a visit to Philippi.

  • Tour Highlights: Visit the site where the Apostle Paul preached his first sermon in Europe and baptized Lydia. Explore the Roman-era crypt believed to have been Paul’s prison, and much more.

  • Afternoon: Continue to Thessaloniki (Thessalonica) for a panoramic view of the city.

  • Evening: Dinner and accommodation in Thessalonica.

  • Accommodation: Hotel Capsis 4-STAR or similar

  • Morning: After breakfast, enjoy a panoramic tour of Thessalonica, visiting key historical and biblical sites.

  • Afternoon: Free time to explore the city or relax.

Day 7 -Veria & Meteora

  • Morning: After breakfast, travel to Veria (ancient Beroea), where Paul preached to the noble-minded Bereans.

  • Tour Highlights: Learn about Paul’s preaching and ministry in the city.

  • Afternoon: Continue to Kalambaka and visit two of the famous Meteora monasteries, perched atop towering rock formations.

  • Evening: Dinner and accommodation in Kalambaka.

  • Accommodation: Hotel Meteora 4-STAR or similar

Day 8 - Meteora & Athens

Day 8: Sun August 30, 2026 - Meteora and Return to Athens

  • Morning: After breakfast, visit more of the Meteora monasteries, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

  • Tour Highlights: Reflect on the significance of these monastic retreats while enjoying breathtaking views from above.

  • Afternoon: Travel back to Athens, stopping at Thermopylae to see the statue of King Leonidas and the connection with Queen Esther.

  • Evening: Dinner and accommodation in Athens.

  • Accommodation: Hotel Zafolia 4-STAR or similar.

Day 9 - CRUISE - Mykonos

  • Morning: After breakfast, transfer to the port of Lavrion to embark on your 4-day cruise.

  • Evening: Arrive in Mykonos, explore the island, and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

Day 10 -Ephesus & Patmos

  • Afternoon: Sail to Patmos and visit the island where the Apostle John wrote the Book of Revelation.

  • Evening: Return to the ship for dinner and entertainment.

Day 11 - Rhodes
