Visiting Egypt was like stepping into the pages of a Biblical history book—very vibrant and awe-inspiring. From the bustling streets of Cairo to the tranquil temples of Luxor and the mysterious appeal of the pyramids, this trip offered a perfect blend of ancient wonder and modern adventure.
We started in Cairo and ended in Cairo, a city of contrasts—chaotic yet charming. We went on a camel ride, which felt touristy—but magical nonetheless. Still can’t believe I swam in the Red Sea with it’s robust Biblical history.
The Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor was a definite highlight. I kept looking in amazement and curiously wondered with every passing bush or shrub if that’s the location that Moses was found in the basket. Gliding along the river, we visited sites that felt untouched by time. The museums and temples were spectacular, especially Karnak with its massive columns and intricate hieroglyphs.
Egyptian cuisine was delicious—I certainly enjoyed the fresh falafel and grilled meats. We were also struck by the hospitality of the people. Locals were warm, welcoming, and eager to share their culture.
I have been to many places in the world. However, this was by far, the best vacation I’ve ever had! What made it extra special was our wonderful tour guides, the Acostas, and also traveling with an awesome group of happy people who share the same spiritual values and morals. It was an exhilarating and spiritually uplifting experience. Stalin and Vielka Acosta did an amazing job organizing this trip. They were super accommodating and patient with the friends. “For all your travel plans— especially those to destinations rich in biblical history—please be sure to book through My Global Tours-it makes a huge difference.
Finally, "Egypt is safe, it is a land of wonders. It’s intense, unforgettable, and humbling. Whether you’re a history buff or just someone who craves adventure, Egypt will leave a lasting impression.
