Booking and Cancelation Policy

Booking: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $500 per person is required to reserve a space on the tour. The deposit is due immediately to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on or before  February 10, 2027.

A non-refundable deposit per person to reserve is required for international travel. Final payment before departure must be received 120 days before the tour date. If final payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation is subject to cancellation, and payments and/or deposits will not be refunded. Cancellation requests must be in writing.

Because we always experience unforeseen events, Travel Insurance is mandatory to protect your investment.  

Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

Cancellation prior to the departure date, after payment has been made, will be subject to the following terms:

  • 365 days or more before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

  • On and after 180 days before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit plus 25% of all payments received.

  • On and after 90 days before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit plus 50% of all payments received.

  • On and after 60 days before departure:
    The traveler will forfeit the non-refundable deposit plus 100% of all payments received.

  • All itinerary descriptions, schedules, accommodations, tour details, prices, and policies, including the booking and cancellation policy, are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances. The Terms and Conditions, including the applicable booking and cancellation policy in effect at the time of purchase and accepted by the traveler, shall govern the reservation and constitute the binding agreement between the traveler and the company.

Things to consider about the trip

🌅 Early Mornings:
Some days require early departures, including sunrise visits, flights, and sightseeing excursions.

☀️ Warm & Humid Climate:
Vietnam and Cambodia have a tropical climate. Expect warm temperatures, humidity, and outdoor activities. Staying hydrated is highly recommended.

🚌 Transportation:
Be prepared for some longer travel days, including motor coach transfers of up to 5–6 hours, domestic flights ✈️, and boat excursions 🚤.

🥾 Pace & Terrain:
Expect 3–5 hours of walking daily, in addition to periods of standing. Terrain may include uneven pathways, temple steps, cobblestone streets, docks, village trails, and historic sites.

🏯 Temple Visits:
Many temples, including Angkor Wat and other archaeological sites, require climbing stairs and walking on uneven stone surfaces. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.

Tuesday, June 15, 2027: Arrival in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Welcome to Vietnam!

Arrival at Hanoi International Airport on your international flight. Meet and greet by your tour guide, followed by a transfer to the hotel and room assignment.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in before 2:00 PM is subject to availability and requires an additional charge equal to 100% of the room rate (equivalent to one additional night's stay).

Enjoy free time in Hanoi's charming Old Quarter, a peaceful area where you can relax, explore at your own pace, and recover from your long journey.

We suggest that you book flights that arrive before 5 pm

Rest of the day at leisure. The tour will start with an orientation meeting with your guides around 7:30 pm.  

Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided only for those arriving on the official tour arrival day

If you choose to arrive before or arrive after the scheduled date, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. We look forward to starting this unforgettable journey with you!

Wednesday, June 16, 2027: Hanoi City Tour

🏮Hanoi City Discovery Tour

Enjoy a full day discovering Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam, a city filled with timeless charm, rich history, and vibrant culture.

Begin with a visit to the impressive Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (exterior visit), located in the historic Ba Dinh Square 🇻🇳, a vast plaza dominated by a towering Vietnamese flag. Nearby, view the Presidential Palace (exterior visit) and Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House.

Continue to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda 🏯, one of Vietnam’s most recognizable landmarks. Next, visit the Temple of Literature 📚, founded in the 11th century as a temple dedicated to Confucius and later established as Vietnam’s first university.

Proceed to Hoan Kiem Lake 🌿, home to the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple (Temple of the Jade Mountain) ⛩️, reached by crossing the famous Rising Sun Bridge 🌉. Inside the temple, you will see a preserved giant turtle 🐢, a symbol deeply connected to Vietnamese history and legend.

In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional rickshaw (cycle) ride 🚲 through Hanoi's bustling streets, providing a unique glimpse into the city's vibrant daily life.

Later, visit the famous Hanoi Train Street 🚆, where homes, cafés ☕, and daily life exist just steps away from an active railway line. Learn about the fascinating history behind one of Hanoi’s most unique attractions and enjoy an opportunity to sample a traditional Vietnamese coffee ☕.

Thursday, June 17, 2027: Hanoi – Sapa, Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van

🌄 Sapa Mountain Villages Excursion

Today we depart early by motor coach for the scenic journey to Sapa, located in the mountains of northern Vietnam. The approximately 250 km (155-mile) drive takes about 5 hours and offers beautiful views of the countryside along the way.

🍽️ Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before beginning a gentle trek to Y Linh Ho Village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic minority. Here, you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings near a beautiful river.

🥾 Continue to Lao Chai Village, a community of approximately 2,000 residents scattered along the mountainsides in traditional wooden and bamboo homes. Along the way, admire the breathtaking rice terraces and stunning mountain scenery that make this region so famous.

🏡 Our journey continues to Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay ethnic minority, where you will gain insight into the local culture, customs, and way of life.

After a memorable day exploring the mountain villages and spectacular landscapes of northern Vietnam, return to Sapa for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel. 🏨

Friday, June 18, 2027: Sapa Waterfalls Tour 🌊🏔️

After breakfast, we will travel to Silver Waterfall, an impressive 100-meter (328-foot) cascade descending dramatically down the mountainside. Our next destination is Love Waterfall, a beautiful and very different natural attraction. To reach the waterfall, we will enjoy a pleasant walk through the forest of approximately 30 minutes. 🌲🌊

After returning to Sapa, enjoy lunch before departing for Hanoi via the Lao Cai–Noi Bai Expressway, a scenic journey of approximately 5 hours. 🚍

Saturday, June 19, 2027: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Cruise 🚢🌊

After breakfast, transfer to Ha Long Bay. Upon arrival, board a traditional junk boat specially adapted for comfortable tourist cruising. 🚢

Ha Long Bay is a spectacular collection of approximately 1,969 islands, islets, and limestone formations scattered across more than 1,500 square kilometers (580 square miles) in the Gulf of Tonkin. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is often considered one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world. 🌊⛰️

Enjoy lunch on board as you cruise through the bay's stunning emerald waters and dramatic limestone landscapes. Depending on weather conditions, sea conditions, and the navigation schedule, there may be an opportunity to swim or relax at a beach. 🏖️

Sunday, June 20, 2027: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Flight to Hue ✈️

In the morning, the cruise continues through the breathtaking paradise of Ha Long Bay, surrounded by thousands of lush green limestone islands and rock formations rising from the emerald waters. 🌊⛰️

After enjoying brunch (a combination of breakfast and lunch), we will travel to Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport for our evening flight to Hue. ✈️

Upon arrival in Hue, meet your guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Monday, June 21, 2027: Hue – The Ancient Imperial Capital 👑🏯

After breakfast, continue exploring the historic city of Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993.

Visit the magnificent Imperial Citadel, including the Ngo Mon Gate, the Nine Sacred Cannons, the Thai Hoa Palace, the Forbidden Purple City, the The Mieu Temple, the Royal Theater, the Hien Lam Pavilion, and the Nine Dynastic Urns. These remarkable monuments provide a fascinating glimpse into Vietnam’s imperial past.

Next, enjoy a scenic cruise along the Perfume River 🚤 to visit the famous Thien Mu Pagoda ⛩️, one of Hue’s most iconic landmarks. Here you will also see the historic Austin automobile associated with the monk Thich Quang Duc, whose self-immolation became a powerful symbol during a significant period in Vietnam’s history.

Continue to Thuy Xuan Incense Village 🌺, where colorful handmade incense has been produced for generations, offering a unique opportunity to learn about local craftsmanship and traditions.

Later, visit the Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, considered one of the most beautiful examples of royal architecture from the Nguyen Dynasty. Nestled among pine forests about 8 km (5 miles) from Hue, it is one of the best-preserved imperial tombs in Vietnam.

Before returning to the hotel, explore Dong Ba Market 🛍️, the city's largest and most famous market, where you can observe local life and browse a variety of regional products.

Tuesday, June 22, 2027: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An 🌊🏖️🏮

In the morning, depart for Hoi An along one of Vietnam’s most scenic coastal routes, traveling approximately 130 km (80 miles) south of Hue. 🚍

Our first stop will be the spectacular Hai Van Pass (Pass of the Clouds) ⛰️, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, mountains, and surrounding countryside.

Continuing to Da Nang, we will visit the impressive Linh Ung Pagoda ⛩️ on Monkey Mountain (Son Tra Peninsula). The pagoda is home to Vietnam’s tallest Lady Buddha statue, standing 67 meters (220 feet) high—equivalent to a 30-story building—and is one of the most iconic landmarks in the region.

Afterward, we continue to the charming town of Hoi An 🏮. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

Wednesday, June 23, 2027: Hoi An, Street Food Experience & Cam Thanh🍜

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful ancient town of Hoi An, once a thriving trading port and meeting point between East and West during the era of the Nguyen Lords.

Explore the charming Old Town, where motor vehicles are restricted, preserving its historic atmosphere. Visit several of the city's most important UNESCO-listed sites, including the Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall ⛩️, built by Chinese sailors in the 17th century in honor of Thien Hau, the goddess of the sea and protector of fishermen and sailors.

Continue to the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge 🌉, a 400-year-old symbol of Hoi An, and visit the historic Tan Ky Ancient House 🏠, a beautifully preserved merchant's residence showcasing a blend of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese architectural influences.

Next, discover some of Hoi An’s most famous culinary specialties. Enjoy a traditional Banh Mi sandwich 🥪, sample a local specialty dish 🍜, and finish with a refreshing Vietnamese beverage 🧋.

In the afternoon, transfer to Cam Thanh Fishing Village 🎣, where you will gain insight into the daily life of local fishermen and their families.

Enjoy a boat ride along the Cua Dai River 🚤, visit local fishermen, observe traditional fishing techniques, and watch demonstrations of net casting. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to paddle the unique Vietnamese basket boats made of woven bamboo. 🛶

Thursday, June 24, 2027: Hoi An – Da Nang – Flight to Siem Reap ✈️

Enjoy free time in Hoi An this morning for personal activities, shopping, or relaxation🏮At approximately 11:00 AM, transfer to Da Nang International Airport to board your flight to Siem Reap (scheduled departure at approximately 2:20 PM). ✈️

Upon arrival in Siem Reap, complete immigration formalities and collect your luggage. After exiting the airport, you will be greeted by our local guide, who will welcome you to this fascinating Cambodian city, home to more than 100 ancient temples dating from the 9th to the 13th centuries and the gateway to the magnificent Angkor civilization. 🏯

Transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Friday, June 25, 2027: Siem Reap – Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat 🏯🌅

Begin the day at the Western Gate of Angkor Thom, a less-visited entrance that offers a quieter and more authentic experience away from the larger tourist crowds.

Explore the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), including the impressive South Gate, the famous Bayon Temple with its giant stone faces, and Baphuon Temple, a pyramid-shaped monument representing the mythical Mount Meru. Continue through the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Next, visit Ta Prohm 🌳, one of the most fascinating temples in Cambodia. Left largely in its natural state, massive tree roots and dense vegetation intertwine with the ancient stone structures, creating a remarkable blend of human achievement and natural beauty. This temple gained worldwide fame as a filming location for the movie Tomb Raider.

The tour continues with a visit to the magnificent Angkor Wat 🏯, Cambodia’s most iconic monument and one of the largest religious structures ever built. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992, Angkor Wat is renowned for its extraordinary architecture, intricate carvings, and breathtaking grandeur.

In the evening, enjoy dinner while watching a traditional Apsara Dance Performance 💃. Apsara dancers are an important part of Khmer culture and tradition. Inspired by figures from ancient mythology, these graceful performances have been celebrated for centuries and remain one of Cambodia’s most treasured cultural expressions. Return to the hotel.

Saturday, June 26, 2027: Angkor Sunrise, Tonle Sap & Banteay Srei 🌅🚤

Early this morning (approximately 5:00 AM), depart from the hotel to witness the magical sunrise over Angkor Wat 🌅, one of the most unforgettable experiences in Cambodia.

After sunrise, return to the hotel for breakfast before continuing to Tonle Sap Lake 🚤, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. Enjoy a boat excursion to observe life in the fascinating floating villages, complete with homes, schools, restaurants, and even floating hospitals.

Visit Kompong Phluk, one of Cambodia’s most famous floating communities. Located on (and during part of the year, above) the waters of Tonle Sap Lake, this unique village offers a remarkable glimpse into the daily lives of local residents and their adaptation to the lake's changing water levels.

Next, visit Banteay Samre, often referred to as the "Citadel of the Farmers." This beautifully preserved temple is frequently considered a smaller architectural model of Angkor Wat due to its similar design and elegance.

Continue to Banteay Srei 🌺, known as the "Citadel of Women." Widely regarded as the jewel of Angkorian art, this exquisite temple is famous for its remarkably detailed pink sandstone carvings, considered among the finest in all of Cambodia.

Return to the hotel.
